Terms of Service

The simple, fair terms that apply when you work with Vickers Web Design. Last updated October 2026.

1. Who we are

Vickers Web Design is a web design service run by Nathaniel Vickers, based in Chelmsford, Essex, working with businesses across the UK.

You can contact us at any time via natvickers11@hotmail.com.

2. Our services

We design and build business websites, AI voice receptionists, and related digital products such as Enquiry Spotlight.

Prices are quoted per project before any work begins. Current guide prices are shown on our website, but your confirmed quote is what applies to your project.

3. Free preview — pay only when you're happy

Every website project starts with a free preview. Reaching out and seeing an initial design costs you nothing.

You only pay once you have seen the work and confirmed you are happy to proceed. If you don't like it, you don't pay anything.

Your project includes up to 3 rounds of changes to get the design right.

4. Payment

Website projects are a one-off payment, agreed before work starts. There are no recurring fees for the website itself.

Subscription services — such as the AI Voice Receptionist (£149/month) and Enquiry Spotlight (£49/month) — are billed monthly and can be cancelled in line with the terms agreed at sign-up.

Work is handed over once the agreed payment has been made.

5. Your content

You own your content. Any text, images, logos and materials you provide remain yours, and the finished website content belongs to you once paid for.

You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you give us (for example photos, logos and wording).

6. Timescales

We aim to deliver initial previews quickly and will agree a realistic timescale with you for each project.

Timescales depend on you providing the content, feedback and approvals needed to complete the work.

7. Cancellations

You can walk away at any point before approving and paying for your website — with nothing to pay.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting us; cancellation takes effect from the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

We take care to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be completely error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
